Can I issue one badge to many people?

Yes. Identical mode applies one design to a list of up to 50 wallets.

Can every badge be unique?

Yes. Each recipient can have a separate image, name, description and number.

What is refunded after an error?

Unused reserve can be claimed by the payer. TON network fees already spent are not refundable.
